Grilled Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pack of our Shrimp Black Tiger peeled and deveined (you can either leave tails on or remove them)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- lemon wedges for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sweet paprika, Italian seasoning and garlic.
- Add the shrimp and mix well with the seasoning mixture on both sides to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Serve with parsley, and lemon wedges on the side.
