Baked Parmesan Perch
INGREDIENTS
-1 pound of Wellbeing Foods Ocean Redfish (Perch)
-2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
-1 tablespoon paprika
-1 teaspoon dried basil
-1 tablespoon butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika and basil.
2. Brush fish fillets with butter, then dip into the crumb mixture. 3. Place in a greased baking pan.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
